David LaPorte Studio is located in West Los Angeles, conveniently located next to freeways. We can also talk on the phone to answer any of your questions. The most important thing is to be comfortable with your West LA photographer. It’s important to decide if the vision you have is being carried out.

I’ve maintained that honesty is the best policy. I know how difficult it can be at times to get your break in Hollywood.
When I was acting I was never able to get the shot that I was happy with and that turned me to photography. It ended up being a great opportunity. I have the experience of not only working as an actor and model but to work with the top casting directors, agents and managers in town. It has enabled me to have greater understanding not only as a photographer, but as a coach to bring a well rounded approach to the work. I always say that you will know who you want to work with after talking or meeting with them. I always leave myself available to have that discussion about you career. That meeting could be the first step to open up that break that you are looking for.
