Trained in Hollywood.
Behind the Lens for 25 Years.
Before David ever picked up a camera, he was a working actor — appearing on General Hospital, The Young and the Restless, and Days of Our Lives. That experience gave him something most photographers simply don't have: a genuine understanding of what it takes to perform in front of a lens.
For over 25 years he has channeled that into every session, helping thousands of Los Angeles actors and professionals get the shot that moves their career forward.

Everything you need to know before your session
How much does a session cost?
Sessions are a flat rate of $325 with no hidden fees. Hair and makeup is optional and arranged separately at $100 to $150.
How many looks do I need for my acting portfolio?
For most actors, we recommend a minimum of 2 to 3 looks, which typically includes a Commercial Look, a Theatrical/Dramatic Look, and a Character Look. Each session is designed to cover all the looks you need.
Where is the studio located?
The studio is located in the heart of Los Angeles, easily accessible from Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and the Valley. Full address and parking details are provided upon booking confirmation.
How long is a session?
Sessions move at your pace. David shoots until he has what's needed with no clock running against you.
What should I wear?
Bring multiple options. Solid colors tend to work best and David will help you choose what fits each look during your session.
What colors and styles work best?
Wear clothes that you are comfortable in. Avoid busy patterns, logos, or colors that distract from your face. Earth tones and simple layers work exceptionally well.
Does the studio offer hair and makeup?
Yes, we work with hair and makeup specialists who focus on natural makeup. You are welcome to bring your own stylist or do your own makeup.
How long is the turnaround?
We typically deliver your online proofing gallery within a few days. Once you select images for retouching, standard delivery is 3-5 business days.
What does retouching include?
Our philosophy is "invisible retouching". We remove temporary distractions and optimize color and contrast. The photo will always look natural.
How do I book?
Booking is simple through our website or by calling (310) 452-4053. No deposit needed. If you need to cancel, it's not a problem.
Do you offer event photography?
Yes. Beyond headshots, we provide premium event coverage across LA for corporate galas, red carpet premieres, and private celebrations.
Can I mix studio and outdoor shots?
Absolutely. Our studio offers both controlled studio lighting and natural light. We can seamlessly integrate both into your session.
Still curious? I love talking about photography and helping actors find their visual voice.
